Featuring up to 5 different cavity sizes in one mold, the HMW1000 offers superior flexibility and efficiency in processing catheters of various dimensions without the need to change molds — reducing operational times and increasing production efficiency

Highly agile & programmable welding

Supports programmable, multi-step welding with serial-step-type recipes to define cavity position, temperature, and duration for each step. Integrated 7" touchscreen HMI can store up to 1,000 recipes with 30 steps maximum, while the cross-hair camera system enables accurate alignment

Precise temperature control and delivery

With accuracy of ±1°C, the HMW1000 provides highly precise temperature control. Utilizes a multi-stage temperature compensation system to calibrate heat at point of delivery. Each cavity is independently programmable to deliver customizable heating levels
