CLS3000
Description
The CLS3000 Laminator is a specialized reflow machine for braided catheter manufacturing that utilizes a fan-driven air system instead of compressed air — eliminating temperature instability and reducing clean room air requirements. It features independently motorized mounting racks with joystick control and a 10" touchscreen HMI supporting up to 1,000 programmable recipes.

Utilizes an innovative fan-based system — not compressed air — to drive hot air nozzles, eliminating temperature instability caused by pressure surges and removing high-volume compressed air requirements within clean rooms
Maximized operational flexibility
Retractable heating rack programmable to move in any direction, enabling true step-wise temperature changes. Separate motors power upper and lower mounting racks for maximized movement range and can be repositioned to any location via joystick
Intuitive and powerful controls
Features a 10" touch-screen control module designed to support serial multi-step recipe structures (up to 30) and multiple programmable features for each recipe step including temperature, moving speed and moving distance. HMI can save up to 1,000 distinct recipes
